What we collect

When you send us a message: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and whatever you tell us you need.

When you visit a page: our hosting keeps the usual records of pages being requested. We do not use any analytics service and this site sets no cookies.

Who else sees it

Our own staff, and our rental system. The companies that run this website and our email. A delivery company, if your order is shipped.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it out. We do not give it to anyone who is not working on your order.

Cookies and Do Not Track

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics services.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not follow people across other websites, so there is nothing for us to switch off, and this signal does not change anything here.

Seeing, changing or deleting what we hold

Call us on (858) 454-8535 and ask for whoever looks after the website, or send a message through our contact page. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

We will do that, apart from records we have to keep for an order we actually filled, which our accountants and the tax rules require us to hold for a while.

Changes to this page

If we change how any of this works, we change this page and the date at the top. There is no other notice. This page is the notice.
